This year, we wanted to raise a glass (or 6) to the shortest day. This is a night to retreat from the hectic noise of the holiday, pause, reflect, hear inspiring stories, and maybe even find a few gems that deserve to punctuate your table this season. We will learn about all the many styles of bubbles, how they are made, and why they taste so completely different. Bubbles from all over the world will greet your glass. And together, we can enjoy the hum of holiday energy outside on Main street.
*Please note- we will offer this class via That’s What Wine so we can be fully insured to offer this educational experience at this location. Once you register, That’s What will send you an online link to secure your place in class.
