Division Villages 'Methode Carbonique' Pinot Noir

So What?
This wine puts Pinot as we know it on its side and offers up a jazzy, high-toned style that dances on the tongue. It moves freely and yet with purpose. We love what Hate Norris has done with her wines at Division in the Willamette. She opens your eyes to new expressions that you didn't realize were hiding behind the more traditional introductions we have had to the valley. This wine has Pinot written all over it, but still it is a refreshing turn of phrase.
"Winemaker Kate Norris describes this carbonic maceration wine as "cold boiling Pinot." It fits. This is a refreshing, lighter-bodied wine that is packed with aromas and flavors of macerated strawberries, raspberry lemonade and fresh-cracked pepper. Its brilliant acidity will put some pep in your step." — Michael Alberty
