So What?
This vineyard speaks for itself –it is quite possibly the oldest Cinsault vineyard in the world (and definitely in America) with 136-year-old own-rooted vines planted in the middle of the 19th century. These free-standing bush vines on decomposed granite are entirely self-sustaining, needing no water at all. They describe this elegant wine as “unimpeachably civilized greeting; the handshake squeezes more forcefully than anticipated.”
Tasting Notes: Supple red berries, crushed rose, juicy macerated strawberry, that scent after the rain
